The aim of this questionnaire is explore levels of understanding about spondyloarthritis in clinical practice. Questions explore levels of awareness , confidence and knowledge on assessment and suspecting axial Spondyloarthritis, NICE guidance recommendations and when to refer to rheumatology.

Findings will be used to help support future education strategies.
